Original Touchstone Pictures One Sheet Poster (27x41) for the Paul Mazursky marital comedy, SCENES FROM A MALL (1991)—starring Bette Midler and Woody Allen. The film revolves around Midler and Allen discussing their infidelities in various Southern California malls. While Midler and Allen have great chemistry together, some critics have complained that their daylong excursion to the mall to do Christmas shopping devolves into an extended primal therapy session. This original one sheet poster is folded and in very fine condition.

Originally Altura International Pictures One Sheet Poster (27x41) for the Paul Morrissey and Andy Warhol sex drama, L’AMOUR (1973)—starring Michael Sklar, Donna Jordan, Jane Forth, and Max Delys. The title song was sung and recorded by Mama Cass Elliot. This is the story of Donna and Jane --two hippie girls searching for sex, romance, and rich husbands in Paris. This was the Factory’s attempt at a more professional and commercially successful film. It had a budget, a script, and a partially professional cast. This original one sheet poster is folded and in near mint condition.

Original MGM One Sheet Poster (27x41) for the Vincente Minnelli musical comedy, KISMET (1955)—starring Howard Keel, Ann Blyth, Dolores Gray, and Vic Damone. This story is based on a play originally written by Edward Knobloch around 1910 and used by popular Broadway character actor Ottis Skinner for many years. Skinner even did a silent film version of the play. Later, the song writing team of Bob Wright and Chet Forrest composed a score based on the melodies of Alexander Borodin. The Broadway production opened at the Ziegfeld theater in New York City on December 3, 1953 and ran for 583 performances and won the 1954 Tony Award for Best Musical. Eventually the musical came to the attention of the Arthur Freed unit at MGM, and he chose Minnelli to direct this opulent production. This original one sheet poster is folded and in very fine condition, with only some minor fold distresses.

Original Paramount Pictures 1973 German Re-Release Poster (24x33) for the F. W. Murnau silent adventure masterpiece, TABU: A STORY OF THE SOUTH (1931)—starring Matahi, Anne Chevalier, and Bill Bambridge. One of the most stunning and significant films of the silent era, it is the story of a young fisherman who falls in love with the girl who is chosen to the virginal “holy maid.” Filmed entirely in Tahiti, TABU would be Murnau’s last movie. He died in a tragic car accident just weeks before the premier. Cinematographer Floyd Crosby won the Academy Award for his beautiful photography. This beautiful 1973 re-release German poster uses the same stunning graphics as the original. The poster is folded and in near mint condition.

Original Warner Bros. Pressbook (11x14) for the John Huston multi-layered and complex thriller, THE MACKINTOSH MAN (1973)—starring Paul Newman, Dominique Sanda, James Mason, and Harry Andrews. In this homage to Hitchcock, a member of the British Intelligence Service (Newman) assume a fictitious criminal identity and allows himself to be caught, imprisoned, and freed in order to infiltrate a spy ring and expose a traitor. This twelve-page pressbook contains brief informative articles, excerpts from TV and radio spots, various sizes of ad slicks, and smaller replicas of all the posters available for the film. The pressbook is in very fine condition, with only a minor tear at the top.

Original United Artists One Sheet Poster (27x41) for the Arthur Penn biographical masterpiece, THE MIRACLE WORKER (1962)—starring Anne Bancroft, Victor Jory, Inga Swenson, and Patty Duke. This excellent film chronicles the struggle of Anne Sullivan (Bancroft) to teach the blind and deaf Helen Keller (Duke) to communicate. The seemingly insurmountable obstacle of “seeing” and “hearing” and unseen and unheard world is approached in a profound yet accessible manner. Bancroft and Duke could not have been better; indeed, Bancroft won the Oscar for Best Actress, and Duke won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress. The film was also nominated for three other Academy Awards, including Best Director for Penn and Best Screenplay for William Gibson. This original one sheet poster is folded and in very fine condition, with only one very minor fold separation and wrinkling along fold line.

Original Bryanston Pictures One Sheet Poster (27x41) for the Bruce Lee martial arts action extravaganza, RETURN OF THE DRAGON (1974)—starring Lee, Nora Miao, and Chuck Norris. Originally released in Hong Kong in 1972 under the title, MENG LONG GUO JIANG, this film marked Lee’s directorial debut. The title was translated RETURN OF THE DRAGON to cash in on the success of the earlier ENTER THE DRAGON (1973). Many martial arts enthusiasts consider this film to be the best Bruce Lee movie because it gives the martial arts master ample opportunity to demonstrate his unique abilities, easily out classing the other martial artists in the film—even Chuck Norris. This original one sheet poster is folded and in very fine condition.

Original Universal Pictures One Sheet Poster (27x41) for the Terry Jones musical comedy, MONTY PYTHON'S THE MEANING OF LIFE (1983)-- starring Graham Chapman, John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle, Terry Jones and Michael Palin. The famous British comedy ensemble takes us through Life's joys and trials in this their last feature film. A tour de force from start to finish, the film ends with the incredible fat man dining sequence. This folded one sheet is in very fine condition, with no fold separations and excellent color.
